On October 17, 2026, you’ll be able to wander through the author’s market stands, discover the exhibition “Je regarde dehors” by Timéa Wenger, as well as the entries to the Young Talents Competition.

Two ongoing workshops will also welcome you: the Fanzine Workshop with La Fabrique de Fanzines (11am-7pm) and a screen-printing workshop with L’atelier La Margoulette (12pm-5pm).

On the programme: risography introduction workshops with the Bureau Culturel Vaud, a guided tour of the exhibition by Timéa Wenger followed by a signing and sale, two panel discussions (“Au fil des langues” and “Du texte à la publication“), and the Young Talents Competition awards ceremony at 4:30pm.

Screen-printing workshop with La Margoulette

An introduction to screen-printing, led by La Margoulette (Melkior @karate_zidane & Enzo @le.anzal) : from designing the visual to printing it, come discover step by step the stages of this traditional technique, and leave with your own print!

Come create your own fanzine with the team from La Fabrique de Fanzines!

Whether you’re a child or an adult, this workshop is a unique opportunity to unleash your creativity. Draw, write, fold, staple and cut to leave with a fanzine made by you. Dive into the DIY spirit and discover the art of self-publishing in a playful, friendly atmosphere!

Ongoing workshop from 11am to 7pm, open to ages 6 and up.

Panel discussions at Pyxis Café

At 3pm and 5:30pm (ground floor, back room)

Two not-to-be-missed events at Pyxis Café:

“Au fil des langues”, with Carolane Perreten, Fabian Meister, Adelina Lahr and Aska Schär, exploring questions of translation and multilingualism in comics. (This panel will be held in English.)

And “Du texte à la publication”, with Maxime Canepa, Jenny Corboz and Raphaël Conrad (La Forêt d’Ambroise), looking back at the whole journey from a first idea to a finished book.

Both discussions will be moderated by Emma Peña Donat.

 

Exhibition “Je regarde dehors” by Timéa Wenger

The original pages of “Je regarde dehors”, a tender story by Timéa Wenger about her grandmother’s memory loss due to Alzheimer’s.

Winner of the 2025 Prix Töpffer for young comics, the author brings a sensitive eye and a touching visual narrative to the work. A chance to get a close look at the work of a rising young artist from Geneva’s comics scene!

 

Exhibition of entries to the Young Talents Competition

Come discover the original entries to the Young Talents Competition, on display for the occasion! This year, young up-and-coming authors and artists were invited to create an 8-page comic, in any format and using any technique, on the theme “Mystérieux” (“Mysterious”).

The competition’s awards ceremony will take place at Pyxis Café at 4:30pm.
